You’re invited to “Lunch… or Latte”- a casual get-together for WAY Radio listeners. Come hang out with other listeners & WAY Radio staff, including djs Kelley Jo & Jim. We’re meeting on Thursday, September 29th between noon and 2 pm at The Urban Bean Coffeehouse Cafe in Orange Park on Hwy 17 (2023 Park Avenue), just south of Kingsley Avenue. Drop in between noon and 2 for Lunch or Latte & stay as little or as long as your schedule allows! We’d love to meet you. If you have a friend that you want to introduce to WAY Radio, when you buy your ‘Lunch or Latte’ grab some for them too, then come hang out with us. Everyone knows about Black Friday … that’s the day that we all get great deals at retailers leading up to Christmas. Initially it was fairly common for businesses to get out of the red and into the black financially for the year. We all spend a lot of money on Black Friday because we love our family and friends and want to give them things. After all the Bible does say it’s better to give than it is to receive … Carrying that thought over a few days, a few years back “Giving Tuesday” was begun as a day of generosity. The Tuesday immediately after Black Friday became one of the biggest donation days of the year for many non-profits, including WAY Radio.
